Which one of below two options is worth doing?

1. Ready to join a job in an industry not related to our academics if better salary is provided.2.Taking a job in core academic field even though the salary is much lesser than the above case.

Hi Jaffar,

Industry does not matter. Motivation does. As a junior skills need to be built through immersion to the working environment.

Getting in the working place, getting acquitted with it is more mission critical than finding the right company and the right job for your curriculum.

At least, that is what I leanrt from my country's entreprise mindset.

One should take up  a job in Field of his expertise where he can execl and have job satisfication though may be paid  somewhat less.
