How to be proactive?

1- Stay positive. Cultivating a happy attitude can help you remember the good times and let go of things that you cannot control. And - Remind yourself that you're not the only person dealing with these issues when something difficult challenges your sense of calmness. Others feel similar emotions and are trying to anchor their fears, worries, and anxieties, too.2- Avoid stress altogether3-Find a place where you can be alone and focus on yourself. Being mindful as a way of life is very calming and allows you to step aside from stressful events to assess them with clarity and subtlety.4.Commune with nature.(water, flower ,go on journey. In organizational behavior and industrial/organizational psychology, proactivity or proactive behavior by individuals refers to anticipatory, change-oriented and self-initiated behavior in situations, particularly in the workplace. Proactive behavior involves acting in advance of a future situation, rather than just reacting. It means taking control and making things happen rather than just adjusting to a situation or waiting for something to happen. Proactive employees generally do not need to be asked to act, nor do they require detailed instructions.

Proactive behavior can be contrasted with other work-related behaviors, such as proficiency, i.e. the fulfillment of predictable requirements of one’s job, or adaptivity, the successful coping with and support of change initiated by others in the organization. In regard to the latter, whereas adaptivity is about responding to change, proactivity is about initiating change.

No doubt Nadia, peaceful, conneced to nature and healthy environment brings new/creative ideas and create pro-active behaviour and thinking.

However I don't believe in management pushing their employees to be PROACTIVE most of the time.

Being proactive means thinking and acting ahead of anticipated events. Not only is it a great method for avoiding more work down the road, it can also be extremely important for averting problems. To be proactive, start taking action, embracing your responsibility, and controlling your responses. By doing things such as anticipating your future and focusing on solutions instead of problems, you'll maintain a happier and more proactive outlook.
