As my Contract is Lumpsum, Item Manhole : Depth in the BOQ ranges2 to3 m depth = No's . And when iam working the quantity is becoming No's in the same depth.Actually problem is with Tender Working. Now iam i eligible to claim4 no's as variation. And the next question is in the BOQ item4 to5 m depth is not there ,but on site it is coming,.then can i add a new Item as Variation.The complete Tender Quantity is being proved wrong in the BOQ with Tender Drawings....
The difference can be brought out indicating the diffrence which is coming as compared to the drawing.
Financial implication needs to be submitted for future cnsideration, else the schedule of work can get affected.
