The difference is that (electric field) arises as a result of the presence of static or shipments as a result of the presence of (magnetic field) variable with timeWhile the (magnetic field) arises as a result of shipments moving or electric field) variable

Magnetic field is nothing but the field created or produced by the Permanent(natural) magnet......But Electric field is created or produced by the Electro(Artificial) Magnet.....
