Enthusiastic person without Experience - Creative - Ability not at all

but if he have the three with enthusiastic when he get the position

he is only who can determine that

I do believe that,any successful manager or leader has to have self-confidence as a mandatory to be able to manage or lead his team, convincing them with the objectives required, the approved plan in order to achieve, plus motivating them, despite of he is enthusiastic person or not.
