How do you make the relationship between you and your assistants more productive and more successful?

First you have to trust the one you choose as assitant, for normal persons TRUST and CONFIDACE can make a very strong SUCCEFUL bond.

Buildig a relationship with co workers is an art.

Always show your co-workes a soft,entertaining, and friendly face.your behavior makes a relationship b/w you and co-workers . But during work you will have to be professional, following the rules and positive. Determined and engaging co-workers with yourself to show that you are also a part of them

Relationships, productivity and success are all linked to one another and consistency counts with routine and discipline.  The mind works in unision when it is in harmony with the body.  Positive words like 'I can' works wonders on the  relationship.

• Relationships grow with trust and a degree of maturity. 
• Success grows when there is empowering individuals on the top to guide and mentor the staff or employees. 
• Relationships become productive when there is a display of interest shared among the employer and employees. 
• To communicate effectively and delegate with an authority and direction, it makes empathy apart of total quality management or TQM. 
• Sharing information accurately and concisely and relevant to the task. 
• Prioritise and deliver skillfully various task in the order of urgency and priority. 
• Take time to know yourself and believe in yourself for confidence and courage to lead the way.  In this way people grow dynamically. 
• They also learn with failure because without failing no success is born.

Make it possible for the person to learn and grow first then to stand up for themselves and be accountable individuals.  People in authority have to prove to others they can, staff look to the authority for positive actions.  To err is human.

First, I have to let them know that I acknowledge them in whatever good they do and politely correct them when they miss the directives. Most of these kind of Boss-Assistance relationships crumbles when the respect and acknowledgement don't go round between both parties.

However, knowing them and calling them by their names (as a way of empowering them), goes a long way to buy their loyalties for you. A loyal assistant can do anything to cover your loopholes. Again, we have to be there for them and stand in for them in times of their troubles.

Being attention to their details, enforcing cohesivness, respect thier experiences, using supportive tune not commanding & authority delegations.

When you give each of them a certain task and the work is organized and integrated and there is a consensus between them, the work becomes easier and more successful

The key to making the relationship between a Manager and his/her assistant/s is to ensure that you give clear and detailed instructions as to what work needs to be done and submitted. It would greatly help to implement an effective work flow to get the job done at a timely manner. In this regard, your relationship with your assistant will be more stress free, and more efficient because you have setup a work flow that your assistant can follow.
