What to do to prevent forest fire in huge scale like in USA and other contries?

I think that with an efficient system, such as drones, there could be more severe prevention of such events. But I am also for new innovations that would allow even more effective preventive work. I come to the conclusion that it is only possible to create a system of fire pillars with the height of a tree's crown and to achieve one type of wall that would not allow the attack by the fire, or to make so much little damage. It can not be the same with all types of trees because they behave differently in such fire conditions, and we should not forget that these trees are not always at the same height. Let them be on the straight, some on the hill, the mountain. We should not forget about the wind, because it is not the same on a flat surface or mountain. The system I would recommend to people is on the umbrella scene. It is very innovative and I would like more people to deal with this idea. It has not been applied anywhere since it has not yet been made, and no one know's about that, but would make a turn in the prevention of forest fires.
