What are the top things that Hiring manager's look at when considering a CV?Also, in your opinion, is a degree more important than experience?

The most important things are seen by the hiring manager when considering a resume are:

  • A professional summary can be useful to the recruitment process
  • Job objective for young job seekers due to their lack of scientific expertise
  • Information that shows the relationship of qualifications to goals

Experience is often more important than a diploma "Certificate", but in some cases, for some jobs, the certificate may be more important than the experience

Hi, hiring managers usually look for if the candidate handled same tasks or worked in a similar industry, however, the good CV is the one which gives an impression to the hiring manager that the candidate will be an added value to the company.

degree for sure is important, it will ideal if the candidate holds the degree and experience at the same time.
