First and foremost listen carefully to both the team understand the issue and ask them to give a solution, ensure that you don't make them feel offended respect their decision and give your inputs to find a best solution so that both the team agrees.

I would first sit with my colleagues separately. Rather than focusing on on how to resolve the conflict, I'll focus on understanding the disagreement and then try to convincing both colleagues that I am willing to listen and help them address their concerns.

Then move towards joint meeting explaining that the purpose is to understand both sides, not to form an opinion on who is right. I believe when we allow people share their views and strive toward reaching a consensus, better decisions are reached.
