Is your qualification, skills/techniques and experience brings you the job or is it the requirement and relationship of/with the employer?

It is the my qualification and skills but unfortunately in Pakistan now the job is more depending upon your references with the higher ups.

As far as your qualification and experience is concerned, they can only help you to get shortlisted and will take you to the interview. A degree from Harvard institution can never guarantee a job till you proove your worth during the interview. In interview we normally evaluate attitude, values of that person, adaptability, approach towards decision making and interest in that field.

1. Educational knowledge & background record is one of the major requirements in selecting an employee for a position. As, most of the organization assess an individual by his/her depth of knowledge. So, it is mandatory to have a good academic record & knowledge of any applicant. 

2. On the other hand, relationship with the supervisor is also playing a significant role in getting promotion & professional development. Every employee should have the quality to make a positive rhythm with his/her employer. The employer is to be happy with any employee, it is ought to, that employee will get more responsibilities which will make him/her more competent and passionate. Need to remember that good relationship does not mean you are oiling your supervisor, rather, it means you have sufficient knowledge to tackle any situation by professional manner and finally, your career growth will reach the peak.
