In my opinion, all Human resources jobs shold have same knowledge and skills. The diffirence will be in responsibilities only.

You may work as:

Human resources specialist

Human resourses manager

Human resourses coordinator  

Human resourses administrator 

Human resources officer

Human resourses supervisor 

Human resources analyst

Recruiter 

Recruitment consultant 

Payroll officer

Training Specialist 

Talent development advisor

Depending on the course you take within HR - you get an opportunity to various functions Human Resource. Some of the key or most in-demand are Talent Management, Labor relations/law, Strategy Management. A degree in HR offers you foundation and can get you the entry, however it is totally dependent on you which area within HR would you like to specialize in or you'd rather become a generalist. Each role has its own pros & cons. All the best.
