يوجد فرق بين راس المال والارباح، وفي هذه الحالية يتم تسجيل راس المال للشركاء الثلاث فقط حسب حصة كل شريك من راس المال عن طريق تسجيل القيد التالي

أما الارباح فيتم التعامل معها في نهاية الفترة المالية عند تحقيق الربح واغلاق حسابات المصاريف والايرادات مع حساب مجمع الارباح، وعند اتخاذ قرار من مجلس الادارة بتوزيع الارباح على الشركاء يتم دفع حصة كل شريك حسب حصته من الارباح من ضمنهم شريك الادارة بنسبة 5% ويكون القيد كالتالي
