Can you tell me how to calculate the quantity of termite proofing chemical when i have the quantity in area?

If you mean pricing quantity, then, payment will be made on the basis of plinth area measurements at ground floor only for all the stages of treatment in sqm. correct to two places of decimals. Rate includes the cost of materials, labour and all tools, plants, sprayers required for complete operation.

Further, if you meant quantity of concentrated chemical, you should follow manufacturer's recommendations of "application in terms of area", which obtained from "mixing of chemical to water ratio" as it may differ by different producers.

It depend about the COEFFICIENT of the used material 

Example: 100 sqm and coefficient is 0.03 so 100 * 0.03 = 3 liter 

So u need 3 liters for 100 sqm

normally the quatity weighes by kilo grams; however the recomended thikness varies from 58 mm depending on the manufacurer

The quantity of chemical is usualy used to be ( 0.03 letter/ sq. metter )

so if you know the exact area the quantity(q) will be (q=0.03/area) ltrs.

consider:

A as the area for application (in square metres)

D as the water in which 1 ltr of chemical is diluted according to the manufacturer (e.g. for rate 1/19, D=19)

R: the applied rate of solution (chemical+water) according to specifications (e.g. 5 ltr/m2)

For 1 ltr of final -to be applied- material (solution) you used 1/(D+1) ltrs of chemical,

for 1 m2 of area you need R/(D+1) of chemical and finally

for your A m2 area, you need A*R/(D+1) of chemical (caution: just chemical, not chemical+water).

An example: area A=100m2, chemical/water ratio=1/19, so D=19, specified rate for application: R= 5 ltr/m2. Chemical quantity= 100*5/(19+1)= 25ltr.

If you look it the other way, for 100m2 you need 100*5=500ltr of solution(chemical+water). These 500ltrs consist of 1 part chemical & 19 parts water, so the chemical itself is 500/20= 25ltrs.

Read the material data sheet to find out the coverage per liter (for example 10 square meter per liter). Then, devide the area by the coverage to calculate how many liters required.

Different chemicals have a different Coverage which is mention backside of Chemical product. Simply divided total quantity ( Length x Width)  by Chemical Coverage, you will find total quantity if termite prof chemical.  

Formula 

Quantity of Chemical = Quantity (Length X Width)/ Coverage of Chemical (sq-ft or sq-meter)
