Officer do the planning,monitoring,emplentation,evaluation and problem solving.Though officers donot work directly or physically but good management of officers contributes to achieve actual goals.On the other hand, without employee the officer would be like a leafless tree i,e functionless.So all office works and implentation directly done by employees.So, there is a equal contribution from both officers and employees.
