1- Ethically, you are committed to your employer and to provide him proffesinal handing over and a chance to find proper replacement for you.
2- You leave in good tearms with your last employer, don't burn the ship behind you you might work again with them as an employee, colleague or business partner.
3- You provide positive impression to your new employer as proffesional and committed employee.
All the best in your endeavors.
We should wait to complete the notice period.

Dear Ali, What i Asked is something different. " Notice Period Purchase" is the latest terend that means your future emplyoer will pay the amount of your notice period and you can join immediateley ..Its is in practise nowdays mainly in Europian & Asian countires like India, China,Singapore.
From your ans what i can understand is that you are looking for a NOC. So If you are in Qatar and KSA you will get it only by your current employer. In Dubai and other`s countries rules are different and not as hard as in KSA & Qatar.
