Thank you for the question, as we know we are human being are not perfect enough in our lives. So human nature to do wrong and also the perception is not the out of this area. So in a nature what we like is positive and don’t is negative. In this sense what is easy we like most so if we convert the work process from a hard one to easy way it will also be liked. Human love the work with playful environment though the work might so hard and so challenging. NOTHING IS IMPOSSIBLE for a Human in to their range of capabilities.

It’s a lot easier to change one behavior if same is being replaced with a different one. For instance, if you’re trying to stop the habit of checking your email every time it pings, create a new schedule and check it once an hour. If attending every status meeting anyone at your company holds is wasting your time, replace these smaller meetings with an all-hands-on-deck weekly status meeting.
