To prove your abilities certifications are most important therefore take some relevant certifications in your field to prove your abilities.

*"GAAP principles and IFRS rules" are not skills … they are regulations by which a Finance Dept. employee whole work shall be aligned to them.

Therefore, "Practical Knowledge of implementing GAAP principles and IFRS rules" is the required skill.
