How to develop our selves?

1- Set a plan

2- Avoid negativity

3- Avoid taking all people's ides, trust yourself

4-you will get tired, it's ok continue

5- Believe that it's only you who will help you

6- just do it

 

It is very important to groom ourselve at any point of time and when ever it is possible just to go hand in hand.

we should develop ourselves by reading what is going around us,and try to learn from our seniors who are in fields from longer times.

We develop ourselves in the training courses in the field of our specialization and seek more practical experience, especially with those who are older than us in the field.

2- Sof Skills ( Comunication skills - Interview - CV )

3-Attend Workshops

Continuous development should be the first and foremost priority of any living creature. Now As we work, it should be more than this, a spectrum or rainbow of learning through which you make yourself and your mentor both feel radiant from within.

Evaluate, what needs to be done and what you have done as per the aim and target you have set for yourself. try to focus on the small things will doing anything, this will help in covering the large area.
