Great decision come from good experience, that should every manager think about it , Do you agree ?

Not usual, If the experience related to the number of years, that doesn't mean you will make a good decision. I think it's a relation between knowledge ( the amount of data I understood from the experience )and experience ( how I implement the knowledge I received)

yes i agree that great decision come  from good experience if the exp. match with the topic of the decision , but i see from my work exp. for more than 30 yrs , that the most important point in taking a great decision , is the consultation with others 

I agree on this one, an experienced person can  make good decisions based on all that they have seen and done.

Giving room to the inexperienced does help for a new fresh set of eyes and angles that the manager may have missed.

 

Hello very possible, but under the influence of the weak variables surrounding and influential decision and can not neglect other experiences because it can be as a basis and scientific basis

No I do not agree. You can have a long and good experience but if you are not presented with the right information, reliable, useful and relevant information, you can not make the right decision. You must also have the skills to make the right decision, such as (problem solving, analysis, decision making, decision analysis ...).

You must be able to decipher the situation, detect problems and feel the choices you feel are appropriate.

The right decision is based primarily on the quality of the information gathered, on some qualities of the decision-maker and on his mental process.

 

NO i wont agree,a small correction in it."Great decision come from experience" ,whether it is good or bad its an experience to make a better decision.

Experience can increase the effectiveness of your decisions. But for taking decisions, analytical skills and risk taking ability matters the most.

I agree that experienced can make great decisions...at the same time I don't disagree that the inexperienced cannot because every one will have different thoughts and ideas from their point of view...so I feel we have to respect that too..we can't draw a conclusion without giving them a chance..

Of Course, Definitely. Great Managers are always those who take benefit from their precious previous Experiences. Experience always counts, especially in the managerial field, decisions should be made definitely on the basis of experience so that best of the decisions are made
