I'm convinced that the words "abuse" and "children" shouldn't be used in the same sentence ever. That's just insane for me. I don't know what I would do in that case, but I'm sure that I'll do everything to prevent it. I have a two-year-old daughter, and I can't let anything bad happen to her. I'm already choosing a kindergarten, and by far, https://littlescholarsnyc.com/ is the best children care Brooklyn, so I will be sure she's safe and sound there.

I'd talk to other parents to make sure that nothing like that is happening. But if my kid says something about abuse, I'd go to the kindergarten and talk with the authorities.

Luckily, my wife and I never faced this issue with the daycare center we had our son enrolled in, but if it had been a concern, here are a few things we could have done.

First, I would do an initial fact finding mission with the administrator of the site.  Next, I would monitor any changes with my child and if there still seemd to be an issue I would do something drastic...send a spycam in attached to my child's clothing to abserve what goes on in the room when I cannot be there in person.

I certainly would hope the situation never came to that, but if it did, I would have evidence to bring charges against the person/people at fault.

Parents should communicate with the responsible person prompt, ask for the details and provide evidence even if you suspect you should advocate your issue with logic. If the responsible authorities take it seriously and assure you to sort out the issue then fine else you have to take the matter to Ministry. As child's health and safety is something we can not compromise on it.

If I have the proof I will face the incharge person, I will do what is necessary in order that this issue will not happen with another kid. (If the issue is so critical I will do what is possible to close this Daycare)

Regarding my child, I will protect him and support him so he will feel that no matter what happens he can trust me, feels safe with me.

Parents should try to fix an appointment with an in charge and share them your concern. But must take care while chatting. Also must keep observing the child's behavior and take the child in confidence and try to be friendly with him so the child will feel safe to share his feelings.
