The key for maximum absorption, and/or a stimulating studying process is "the active mind learning" . Be it in the activity of reading, note-taking or preparing assignment and presentation etc. That's the key word.
As for the how to's ..., there is the whole module of it. Get to know the how to's, in order to get the momentum on, and eventually gain the intrinsic motivation in studying activities.
there is a technique called Pomodoro technique where you while studying put a target for about 20 minute to acomplish, then you find yourself a reward like taking a rest or getting someting to eat. the idea is all about reaching certien goals in a certian time. It depends from person to person. Some are visual learners (watching videos related to explaning their subject or making short presentations and studying from them) and some understand better through making notes and highlighting important points to remeber.
According to my thinking no one single hack is always useful from very root of studying therefore very 1st stage interesting presentations for children are useful after basic education when a person will be able to differantiate his/her special interested field like Marketing;Medical;Education;Engeenering or anyother then he/she can easilly obsorb the material of study in his/her adopted field.
