Nothing is impossible but without math you may face difficulties in problem solving most of the cases.

While engineering generally requires significant skill in mathematics, the more core skills often involve creative thinking and problem solving skills.  If someone has the ability to know how to get the figures he or she requires via other means (or other people), they could do the work of an engineer with the other skills in place.  It would be nearly impossible to obtain the degrees involved without higher mathematics, however.

While Math is not the only factor to be an Engineer, it is still a core requirement for Engineering, so I don't think you will be able to make it, it is better to assess your capabilities and passion and then choose the right field.

As a chemical engineer I think math is a must known thing to engineer. He/she have to deal with calculations. So I don't think a person is successful in engineering if he is weak in maths.

You can become a painter without arms to paint with, so you can be an engineer if you are bad at mathematics. I think once you educate yourself to be an engineer, you would become good at mathematics as well.

You can become the greatest mathematician there is and start off being bad at math, enough practice can change everything.
