As far as you question is concerned, It is suggested that Images and Pictures should only be relevant to the presentation which is going to be given because a picture tells the story better than thousand words. Number of pictures/Images do not matter but their language says everything. So, first listen to the images take time and decide what is needed in the presentation, but it is very important that images should fulfill following criteria:-
1. Relevant, Relevant and Relevant. Because it is an illustration of the presentation and you have to communicate the matter that should not bore the audience.
2. Uniqueness is a plus point. Usage of unique photos is very helpful in presentation and attract more people in less time.
3. You should have the quality basics covered – e.g., higher resolution, adequate size, professional-looking (proper composition, lighting, contrast, color, etc.), and not distorted.
4. Use only owned images (No copyright violations)
5. Arrangement and their order should be in sequence.
6. If it is related to the construction or Plant and maintenance the It should have a first picture of Project that shows the importance of the work that is subject to be communicated to the audience in presentation.
7. Use less images with higher consideration about the main idea or multiple that is being conveyed.
