I have been suffering from acne since I was a teenager, sometimes my skin clears up and sometimes it breaks out. How can I determine what is breaking out my skin and what is clearing it?

Cause number one is hormonal inbalances Cause number two is using the wrong cosmetics or skincare Since skin beauty comes from inside out start checking your homones, lower fat and fried food and last but not least monitor your stress levels ! A detox is recommended. Then check with an expert your skin. Diagnosis and follow a new skin routine

There are different factors one is age u will be probably getting acne till 23 years and the other factors are the oil content and go for a face sebum check up because of high sebum also acne are produced and the environment and food is also a factor if you are a high non veg eater you have to maintain since high non veg also causes acne use a scarf while roaming.

There are many reasons like harmonal imbalance due to age, excess of oil (sebum) glands secreations, using wrong cosmetics, due to stress etc.  i suggest you consult a dermatologist and go through proper treatments like derma fix, derma pen or roll and use the product according to your skin type. 

To determine what is breaking out or clearing up your skin keep track of your diet, hygiene habits, and monthly cycles if female and note any patterns. Foods, supplements, cleaning habits, and hormonal cycles commonly affect the skin.

You should not keep your skin dry, you need to moisturise it regularly/and after bathing. The skin spores should stay open, thus it requires reguar washing to make sure they are not blocked this will alleviate the accumulation of fats and dirty under the skin. I recommend regular physical exercise that makes sweat.
