Are the numbers of people and companies(big,in terms of numbers) that view my profile an indication that l am marketable?

In my opinion, It is not necessary.

how do you know that these numbers are true.

you are what you think of yourself.

your profile and activity shows a knowledgable ,well educated,person who is striving for improvement and has what he needs to be  successfull.

positions are available for qualified people.

Well dont beleive in numbers;

You might me be marketable as a lot of people are interested in your profile at first sight. But at second hand you might not be, because they are not giving you interviews.
