Hi,

Native mobile apps are developed using core technologies like java, Swift,Objective C and target one platform specifically. (performance intensive apps prefrred to be developed in native technologies)

Hybrid mobile apps are developed using java script and/or html and can be hosted in mobile browser (WebView) or even can generate native code using their predefined set of libraries but the developer will work with one technologies for multiple platform.
