 well I understand that your firm on the way up and I want be a part of this business as it grows,add for that This job is a good fit for what I've been interested in throughout my career.

I appreciate that your team's success is due to a number of factors, not least of which is hard work. I'm an excellent team player, I'm a very good problem solver, and I work hard to get the job done. For these reasons, I'm confident I'd be an asset to your group. first of all before i go to an interview i must know  who i am going to work for so if the company and the position will help me to achieve my goals i will go to the interview but if not i will not do the interview . 

it will be a wrong answer if you describe your experiences and how you will be useful for the company just telling the truth will be the write answer ask yourself first why you want to work there is it for their salary ? , the working position? , you are interest in a special project, changing career or to get more experiences you have to know exactly why you are interesting in working with them before going there. and say the truth

I will do what you havent done till I come 

Simply give short information about the interviewer’s company or organization. Show you interest to work in his/her company with great effort. 

Because you are looking for a position that I am qualified and say: you like to work to their company that you are insterested and contribute a meaningful job that's why I am here in front of the most important person in the worl and in my career.. 

 They want to know you are genuinely interested in the company and the opportunities this job provides.
