In sense try to keep your notes arranged, for example all of forklift hazards , control measure's etc anything and everything related to forklift keep it separate, fire fighting and fire related separate and so on. this makes it easier to take up one entire topic and everything related to that while studying.
Try to apply practically if ur at work or see videos regarding to how they are implemented in the actual work place. this is the most important step as this will actually give you and idea which will remain in your mind.
Daily try to cover up a topic ...do not keep it for the end.
