Nothing to afrain, plan with team memberswork schedules and resource requriements that will ensure that target will be reached, indeed exceeded.

The innovative process in company's operations should be well defined and all personnel to be educated and trained.

Agree with all members performance measures and quality assurance processes that will clarify output and quality expectations.

Ensure that all members collective monitor the team's performance in terms of achieving output, speed of response and quality targets.

Monitor the agreed improvement, conduct review meetings and appreciate the achievements

If adopt the processes properly why should the leaders afraid and with collective support of the management and employees anything can be achieved and to be compensate for it.

No they should not be if they are doing the right thing, have weighted th Pros and Cons, prepared well, researched well and ready to be accountable.

All this part of change managment.  Bringing about changes was never easy.

DIfficult people are everywhere.  the leaders should be seasoned enough to know how to deal with difficult people.
