An individual may or may not be aware of a problem but has no thought of changing their behavior.

Is his/her behavior will matter the working environment?

Those managers can effectively drive to manage different types of employee behaviors and use them as a tool to achieve goals are successful basing on my working experience. Accepting of what her/she will matters on the run when the team works.

RESPECT values.

Yes, it an integral part of strategic management. For this, the most important thing is a continuous periodical strategic counselling. It works really but for counselling you must have to be an expert for such talks. Expertise comes from confidence which comes from your qualification, vast experience, chain of success stories, critical situations' management experience, presentation skills and communication skills.

This depends on what kind of behavior we are talking about. You have 3 types of behaviors:

- Negative behaviors affecting the company's culture, financial or process situation

- Positive behaviors

- Neutral behaviors that do not affect the company in any way possible.

I believe in giving employees the freedom to work in whichever way they see fit as long as their behaviors does not affect the company negatively.

The only situation that i see where a leader manager should intervene is in the negative behavior and should be changes discreetly and smoothly. Eventually a company is assessed by the way they treat their employees.

UnlLead by example. A leader needs to demonstrate the change within so that others could be inspired. His/Her deputies also need to demonstrate similar behavior. Any company or process is hugely influenced by how the leader behaves.ess they have very disruptive or aggressive behaviour, why would i want to change someones behaviour. my concern should be with output, with performance. if any streak of his performance is proving detrimental to his performance or to others around him, then yes, intervention is necessary. Generally, different behaviours have different strengths and ways of working.
