IT department is responsible for maintaining the IT infrastructure of the company. Troubleshoot any software and hardware issues which arises in day today basis

Everything in the business relies on "how soon can you get it done?", without a good maintained computer and network, you won't have this advantage... nonetheless says, backups and software installation and solution for problems that employees may face in daily basis while working online or even offline with any computer hardware in the office.
