First aid for seizures is aimed at keeping the person safe until the seizure stops on its own. Stay calm, loosen anything around the person's neck, do not restrain them or put anything in their mouth, clear the area around them, and stay with them after the seizure stops.
Try to keep the person calm and clar the area around the person also loosen anything if present around the neck
1.Clear Anything that might Harm them.
2.Protect then on the head by putting towel or Court.
3.Once the Seizer has Stopped Check if they are Breathing and if they are Breathing Put them in Recovery Position.
4.If not Breathing Prepare Call 999 for Help and follow what they say.
