How do you get rid of the low feeling associated with failure?

Remembering all the time that I have my family who believe in my ablities and trust me and remind myself always that God bring me to this life becuase I have to change the world or be the change for some people,,, I work hard to success and feel proud of myself and make my family and my friends proud if me as well..

Most of us face failure sometimes but it doesn't mean that life stops or we get into depression ,the most of us search in his thoughts and inners about failure and we all must to stop and have a true moment with ourselves ,why we failed! hen find reason and overcome. Countries face depression after being defeated at wars like Japan after the war with America and the wise words of their great Emepror (to be or not to be) so we write the prescription for ourselves cause we speak frankly to ourselves , sometimes too be educated well we must face some failure and that makes us be better.

By the way , the way to success sometimes starts with drops, these drops make us strong . there is always hope and after nights be sure that there are days light .

Improving yourself by self Education or attending forums makes you better more and more and gradually you regain trust of yourself , be sure that only your hand feeds your mouth not other one's hand.

If you stop reading and viewing the modern you will loose a lot and feel that you are centuries back.

Dear mates don't let depression snake to your life , future or ambition.

Take a little vacation and be with yourself to relax and decide on your goals and put the main points to start again , be sure that there is always time for a new start.

always surround yourself with positive people and make sure that u have a vissiom because no matter how low you can feel there is always something that you want to achieve in even though you might not see a way to get to your dream always trust in yourself..and always have a motto that wakes you up in the morning something like.....'im a multi millionair people just dont see it but i know i am'.always repeat this and you will see change in your life.

I simply shrug it off and go on as there will be better moments

This is a very intersting question. I came across a study on depression and failure that recommended four things to fight sadness of failure and getting rid of the low feeling without drugs, first :being happy, Meditation and redirecting our attention to the positive can alter blood flow to the brain and increase serotonin and dopamine levels. Second: spending sometime outside, because bright light therapy can be effective in alleviating depressive symptoms. Third: exercise, because a massive review of the available evidence found that exercise is extremely good at improving depressive symptoms and our mood, and finally: a balanced diet of less saturated fats, more of omega-3s and moderate amounts of animal protein, can improve our brain performance, overall health, and make us less irritable and have a stable mood.

In addition to the above, studies found that the following steps also can be helpful in strengthening our self-esteem and improve our low feelings:

Surrounding ourselves with people who celebrate our strengths, not our weaknesses can be a positive support to us, and by doing so we may not only making ourselves feel good, but that may also help solidify our positive thinking.

Also, keeping positive notes around our house and office and inspiring quotes on our desktop can make an enormous positive change.

Starting our day with a positive power like books, calendars, websites that are uplifting and inspiring, Facebook pages that have funny memes to follow, while these steps might seem simple, they create a supportive environment.

Another thing is vital to be done is to feed our mind, body and soul in ways that make us feel special like enjoying simple comforts such as a hot cup of coffee, a beautiful song or a colorful sunset.

We also need to take the time to identify and pursue our passions, these are things we always wanted to do but haven’t done yet, these things are overlooked when we are depressed, and this step will boost our confidence and give us a greater purpose.  Thank U.
