Tips for workers with High sugar:

  • Keep well hydrated with plenty of water
  • dress in cool cotton clothing.
  • Wear a hat at all times 
  • keep out of direct  sunlight
  • Sit during your breaks to prevent dzziness.

  • Drink plenty of water
  • Eat a healthy well balanced diet to boost energy levels
  • Decrease caffine intake
  • Decrease sodium intake
  • Wear cool cotton clothing
