No, Staad Pro. doesn't design foundation. You need to export your model to Staad Foundation Advanced, where you get foundation design.

No, but after running the analysis in STAAD Pro, the support reactions can be exported to STAAD Foundation Advanced. From there, the parameters required for foundation design shall be entered and STAAD Foundation Advanced can automatically provide the minimum required size.
