As an employee: what makes you satisfied with your job & what makes you unsatisfied?

What makes me happy as an employee: appreciation by the management, effective involvement in decision making, friendly & harassment free work environment.
What makes me unhappy: lack of organization & unhealthy environment.

1 - justice in bonuses and benefits among employees 2 - the good relationship between the manager and staff 3 - Give each employee a right to justice 4 - not central ..
Every employee involved in the decision-making 5 - Compatibility between staff 6 - attention to the needs of staff

I believe Most employees want the following: 1.
To be able to contribute to a company's success by way of one's productive work profile.

To be appreciated for one's work/suggestions/ideas, etc.
3.
To be mentored by one's manager for future suitable roles.
4.
Amicable and productive work and company environment and policies.
5.
To be paid salary and bonuses that are equivalent to the amount of work done.
6.
To be given a fair opportunity to progress in the company and in one's career.
7.
To be a part of a team that critically contributes to a company's success.
Inability to achieve any of the above could result in dissatisfaction.
