Honestly, I love yoga. I used to only take weight training at the gym seriously, thinking yoga was just for relaxation and stretching. Then I started using https://madmuscles.com/, and the app suggested I try yoga. I was skeptical at first, but now I only do yoga. And I’ve never had such muscles and such a toned body before.

I personally like to do free had exercise which includes :

  • Push-Ups - Chest, Shoulders, Triceps. 
  • Dips Between Chairs Or On A Bench - Chest, Shoulders, Triceps. 
  • Handstand Push-Ups - Shoulders and Triceps.
  • Rowing Between Chairs - Back, Rear Shoulders, Biceps. 
  • Squats - Thighs.

Freehand exercises have a tonic effect on the muscles and internal organs. They tone up the circulatory system and are beneficial in safeguarding the general health of the body. Advanced freehand exercises shape and muscularize the body.
