How to save energy in your plant or manufacturing without reduce the productions?

We could use more efficient components or add components that saves energy to existing ones.

A variable frequency drive could save a lot of energy for motors because motors consume the most energy in industry.

As for HVAC, we could install a BMS server and linking it to adaptive thermal movdels such as the PMV/PPD.

1-Calculation the energy indicators like the ratio between energy consumption and production(kwh/production , Th/production or m3/production)

2-Analyzing and understanding the evolution of these indicators by type of production every day or week

3-Develop corrective actions to prevent the over consumption of energy
