One of the main reason being how you pitch your stuff. If you beg to your customer to take your product then he place himself on the first place and will start demanding.Being a sales guy you will accept all his demands because you want to sell and need to meet your targets.once you accept all the customer demands then he will get satisfied and he will keep on demanding more and more.

Second thing being the promises and the offer me give apart from the customer.Once you give the offer and the promise are met then after some time  customer will back and demand more threating that they will buy your competitors product because the competitors are offering it.Inorder to retain your customer you will accept whatever demand they put forward.

Where as an unsatisfied customer is already mad at you and wont listen to any promises, but what they need is your attention.Once their calls are attended then they will be more than happy
