I believe that any skill in the world can be learned , but some are talented that learn it fastly and reach high levels than others who are not .
Sales is fundamentally a structured approach to aligning needs and demands with products and services. Therefore understanding and developing how to approach and engage with end users would be on-going development of a skillset. The mind-set and positivity (which may be viewed as raw talent) would undoubtedly be a positive addition.
