1) Will obtain a budget for the perticular event from Admin Dept's head.

2) Accordingly will take 3 quotation from the respective vendors for comparison

3) Put it accross to the mgmt for their approval 

4) a week's prior to an event will send an invitation email for an event & in that will share the venue, Time & Dress Code if any
