Follwing procedures make the customer feel high level service need to feel welcome. need to feel comfortable. need to be understood. need assistance. need to feel important. need to be recognised. need to be treated with respect. need to be listened to. need prompt service. need to trust you. By adhering to this we can even build good rapport with customers
