When I started my career E-Tabs is booming but still it is in practice, slowly now a days the employers are asking for BIM and Robert structures.

The consultancy which you worked for is resposible for upgrade his staff for the new version of software. Some software upgrade is only for the changes in the code it self, so the design is based on the latest version of the code which is very important to keep informed for the changes in the design code by reading new version of the code.
