Over Steering is the case when the slide angle of rear wheel is greather than that of front wheel.

Under Steering is the case when the  slide angle of rear wheel is lesser than that of front wheel.

over steering  in other terms we can explained as the vehicle will turn more than what we expected but lesser in case of under steering in same steering level

oversteer: when turning in a bend, the rear of the vehicle tends to move forward.( the vehicle moves towards the inside of the bend)understeer:when turning in a bend, the vehicle tends to shoot straight ahead (the vehicle moves towards the outside of the bend)

when the vehicleturns less shrply than the rotating dteering is called Under steer.

when the vehicle turns more sharply thn the rotating steering the it is turned as Over steer

Understeer:- The car does not turn enough and leave the road.

Oversteer:- The car turns more sharply than intended and could get into a spin.

Understeer and oversteer are vehicle dynamics terms used to describe the sensitivity of a vehicle to steering. Simply put, oversteer is what occurs when a car turns (steers) by more than the amount commanded by the driver. Conversely, understeer is what occurs when a car steers less than the amount commanded by the driver.

Automotive engineers define understeer and oversteer based on changes in steering angle associated with changes in lateral acceleration over a sequence of steady-state circular turning tests. Car and motorsport enthusiasts often use the terminology more generally in magazines and blogs to describe vehicle response to steering in all kinds of maneuvers.

understeer could be it occurs when a car steers (turns) less than what the driver commands. Oversteer is the turning of the car more than what the driver commands. These actions depend on the changes in steering angle and lateral acceleration.

oversteer vehicle moves more than the amount required by the driver or under steer vehicles moves straight even you turn the steering to the desired turning angle affected by gravitational force, lateral accelaration  and traction between front and rear speed of the vehicle

oversteer is the condition which the rear wheels of a car don`t follow the rear wheels due to losing a degree of traction.

understeer is the condition in which the front wheels of the car don`t follow the desired curve while cornering.

Over steer: car turns more demandeed by the driver . This makes the car spin

Under steer: car turns less than demanded by the driver . This makes the car leaves the road.

r. Both front- and rear-wheel-drive cars, though, can  experience both understeer and oversteer in the right conditions. The  more power a car has, the more likely understeer or oversteer will show  their faces

Understeer : It is most commonly happens due to accelerating early while turning in a corner. You lift the weight distribution that takes the control off of the front tires and leads to understeer.Over steer :  Rear-wheel-cars are susceptible to oversteer because here the rear end of the car has the control power. So, when the rear end loses the grip, it overtakes the front and oversteer occurs.
