It is a kind of effort to resolve disputes between the two parties through their deputed representatives with the support of their authorized lawyers and of any neutral members  before the proper proceedings. The panel members herewith may look into unsettled grievances, based on the ethical facts, neutral members may share their opinions on parties' positions in terms of strength and weaknesses. This type of negotiation is generally practiced in the trial courts.

It is a type of "simulation" for negotiation process , which is used in training corses or in order to ensure the negotiator's qualifications in real life.

Mini-trial is subject to a stage in negotiation where both parties represent their case to the mediator .

Its a set of qualifying terms which every service provider ought to comply. it varies with company to company as the policies varies.
