The site’s evaluating start with zoning, setbacks, deed restrictions, etc.

From there they look at any natural features the site might contain – trees, topography, and possible water areas, in order to see what items can be used to benefit the design and which items will provide hindrances to the design. So it’s a balancing act between what the land offers and what the clients program dictates.

Architect Evaluate or design a site based on BIM system using AutoCAD software. They will prepare the design layouts and develop the same.

This task can not be carried out by an engineer other than the architect. Its designs depend on the nature of the place as well as the quality of the building and how it is used. For example, if the building is a hospital, before design, study the needs of the hospital from the rooms of external clinics and its nature as well as the radiology rooms and their nature, And the operating rooms and the appropriate area .... and others before the design must examine the nature of the building and the requirements and the nature of the place)

2 - urban planning is the one that determines how to plan the cities and the presence of streets and buildings and identify the places of gathering residential units as well as industrial units and others also includes planning the development of cities and their relationship to each other and how to connect them through highways (This task can not be carried out by an engineer other than architect )

3 - Supervising the construction works and ensuring the safety of the building materials used and their proper proportion and the existence of sufficient quantity of iron and cement, ie ensuring the conformity of the implementation in the construction work with the architectural design as well as the structural design of the building, ie, matching the paper with the nature (this task can be carried out by the architect or Structural Engineer)

4 - follow-up and supervision and determine the final finishes and paints, whether external or internal (this task can be carried out by the architect or a person graduated from the Faculty of Fine Arts Department of Decor).
