As Fresh Gradutes, the young generation generally use the langugage which they use in chatting like for example: u instead of u, urs instead of urs only to name a few, so such langugage shoud be avoided when writing an professional emails and also Subject line plays a very prominent role when writing an email.

On sending a professional e-mail, always remember;

1. You are not engaging in a causual social media chat.

2. Don't use causal abbreviations or smart texts.

3. Always put a relevant subject line.

4. Clearly communicate your message through short and simple setences.

5. Mention sender details clearly at the end.

1.They must first and for most avoid slang language/short forms.

2. Email with subject must .

3. Must check spellings .

4. Body/Pattern of mail should be professional enough.

Treat all mails as of same level. Classification (starring) of mails according to their importance first and then reactions accordingly is the right way.
