Be yourself. When you are always yourself, you are more likely to have focus and direction in your life. When you stay true to who you are, you are more likely to know the goals you want to accomplish and how to go about accomplishing them. You are able to stay focused and know which direction to take in order for you to accomplish your goals.

If you want to land a job for long term plans and career growth, you have to be yourself so that tomorrow we both don't have second thoughts on it.

You have to be yourself and believe in yourself.  Doing this will help you stay calm and focus on the interview taking away any fear that is inside you.  You can impress the recruiter by being enthusiastic, listening and answering questions in an interesting way with examples from your workplace showcasing your skills and knowledge in the job.  This will give an insight to the interviewer on how you deal with everyday jobs in your company and they will not have any second thoughts in recruiting you for the long term purpose of the job and the job position in their organisation.

In a job interview all the above factors are important. We need to be our self, which will in turn impress the recruiter and help overpower our fears as we are dealing with truth and honesty. Also, we need to focus on the interview, by being prepared. Understand the role for which you are being hired for, give specific replies and do no over elaborate, never assume, ask any questions you have.
