Yes We Can Use Ethernet Cable. But If You Want Save Your Cose S We Can Use Fiber Cable Also. Because Ethernet Cable Will Work if Distance is less than 100 Miter 

Offcourse we can use ethernet for CCTV as in near future all the CCTV technology will be shifted from Coaxial Cable to Ethernet cable for better connectivity and low consumptions.
