How do you handle a situation when you may not know how to complete a task?

I will consult my boss or an expert in the specific task.

I will also do lots of research on the task.

The most direct and simple solution to this situation is to ask someone who knows how to complete this task. This way you save the time and effort of trial and error and blocks the way for frustration.

Asking experts and experienced people is a very helpful and "economic" solution.

If you like to try yourself before asking for the help of others you can search the internet for possible solutions in related websites where peers share similar experiences.

There is no problem without a solution. With that as the basic premise,we have managers and team leaders to help us out. You are also required to observe different outcomes and think out of the box and complete a task.

The question remains: do you really want it to happen? If so you will spend enough time and resources to complete the task. One thing is for sure, it is not a one man army which wins in the end, but Gideon`s 300 which wins a battle against odds!

Well, completing a task that you do not know is somewhat hard to manage, that's why the best thing to do is just feel free to ask from someone whom you know who is actually very much popular to the job, because for me I believe that asking someones help is better rather than pretending that you know everything or if no one is available try to use the google.  

I think there not a single problem without its solution. I will dicuss with my team members to find out a solution or some result near abut it or other options and after that i will discuss it with my boss. I am sure that if we dicuss this situation with our team members and senior we definatly get a solution.

We must comprehend how to complete all of the tasks assigned to us. First thing that I will do is to examined and evaluated the task. We must fully comprehend our mission completely. The following step is to conduct extensive research. Obtaining ideas from the internet is extremely beneficial because it allows us to consider how to begin all of our tasks. We can also approach other experts or our supervisor to have them explain the task in greater detail, and as employees, we must listen carefully and take notes on the main purpose and outcomes of the task. The final step we must take is to work hard, smile, and stay positive.

First the tasks should BE SMART (Specific - Measurable - Achievable- Relevant and time based) cause maybe its cant be achieved goals , secondly i have identify directly the reason behind not achieving it , then communicate my supervisor for help

I shall seek assistance from colleagues, ask experts as well confirm from my immediate boss on what and how to deliver on that

Just to focus on the main work and asking for help to consulted person.
